I much prefer the winter months and in southern California, winters are nice because it doesn’t snow, but we have the cool air. Summers here are awful for me because I always have my car’s air conditioning on full blast. I really wish we could have an air conditioner in our home. I am seriously considering the purchase of a portable air conditioner now that the first day of summer is here. I could buy some type of window air conditioner to celebrate while others head to the beach to enjoy the heat.
My sister lives more inland and her apartment is on fire during the summer. She is definitely going to buy a portable air conditioner for her place. A central air conditioner would be ideal but way out of my price range for now. So yea, while everyone is outside enjoying the first day of summer, I will be inside of my house with fans on at full blast until I get myself a very nice, cool, portable air conditioner. Then I will be at the right temperature while I sip on my iced tea.
